Your Day

We love the craft and camaraderie of beer and are always looking to create deeper connections within our community. Anywhere people gather in celebration we feel at home, and we want our space to be the home of your next event.

Our 4,000 square foot indoor space and 16-acre property offers a unique blend of old and new designed to seamlessly accommodate all types of events from weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, showers, benefits and more.

Our Space

We work to ensure that our space is perfect for your event. If you choose Climbing Bines as your event venue, music is available until 10:00 PM and our space is available to all guests until 11:00 PM. You may be able to access our space the night before your event for decorating needs or for a rehearsal dinner, if you choose to do so, depending on Climbing Bines’ event schedule.

Inside our space, arrange our 24 farm-house style tables (7ft 10in x 2ft 10in) and 48 benches (7ft 7in x 1ft), along with separate beverage/catering (16ft 2in x 2ft 6in) and dessert bars in any pattern to fit your event, accommodating up to 150-200 guests. We do offer chairs for the head table or for guests in need. 

From above, our bulb string lights and rustic style chandelier emit an intimate glow while our 8ft x 4ft chalk board allows for a fun, artistic welcome to guests. We have plenty of space for your DJ or hired band to ensure that they can provide entertainment all night. You also have the option to separate our indoor pavilion space from outside by closing our tailored-made sliding barn doors.

Outside, enjoy our custom, hand-made pergola (9ft 10in x 7ft 2in) overlooking our hop-field and Seneca Lake. Please note that outside seating will be the responsibility of the party and in the past clients have loved the opportunity to be creative. 

At Climbing Bines, we give you the option of multiple personalized packages that include a beverage serving staff, inside table/bench setup, clean-up team, parking staff, provided water in growlers/grenades and much more. We strongly encourage all clients to hire a Wedding or Day-of Planner for their event, or we can provide one at an additional cost.

Preferred Vendors

We strongly suggest the following vendors. They are familiar with our venue and we believe they are the best in the area! Please note that caterers will not have access to a sink, we can provide tubs and a hose if needed.
