We are flexible and willing to work with you to ensure your day is perfect. The music will be available until 10:00 pm and the venue will be available until 11:00 pm. The availability of the venue is based off Climbing Bines event schedule. You may be allowed into the pavilion the evening before your event, or you will have to wait until 10:00 am the day of the event. A rehearsal dinner will also be available if you choose to do so on our patio attached to our tasting room (please contact Bri for a pricing and availability check).

Guest Count: 150-200

  • It is STRONGLY encouraged that a Wedding/Day of planner is hired for your event. We are not responsible for the organization of your event.
  • Our pavilion comes with 24 farm house style tables (7ft 10in x 2ft 10in) and 48 benches (7ft 7in x 1ft), chairs are available for the head table or guests in need.
    • String bulb lights make the ceiling glow with the help of custom made rustic style chandeliers hanging from the ceiling.  
    • Also in the pavilion are 2 square farm house tables available for gift placement or a welcome table.
    • Includes a beverage and catering bar (16ft 2in x 2ft 6in) and a cake/desert bar.
    • Space and table room for a DJ.
    • Chalk board (8ft x 4ft) available for your use.
    • Custom barn sliding doors for enclosure if necessary are also available.
    • Custom made Pergola (9ft 10in x 7ft 2in) available for use.

Option #1

Includes:

Location

  • Beverage serving staff (2-3 servers depending on the size of your party). This includes beer and wine only.
    • Soda, water, coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages are allowed but, they will have to be set out for guests to help themselves or you can talk with your caterer.
  • Table/bench arrangement
    • layout needs to be given 1 week in advance of the event.
  • Clean up of garbage during and after the event, bar area, floors and on-site bathroom.
  • It is the responsibility of the party to take out all items brought in. Including but not limited to: decorations, serving needs, guest lost and found by 9:00 am the day following the event.
  • Tables also need to be cleared and wiped down by 9:00 am the following day.
  • Ceremony site with pergola.
    • seating will be the responsibility of the party

Option #2

Includes:

  • All listed in option #1
  • Ceremony site set up with benches (layout needs to be given 1 week in advance of the event) and moved back to the reception site.
  • Parking staff
    • will direct staff into lot before ceremony and will direct traffic during the ceremony to reduce distraction.
    • Strongly suggested if not by Climbing Bines staff, by a member of party.

Growlers: Available for $4.00 per growler.

Grenades: Available for $3.00 per grenade.

Water Service: There is no drinking water on site. Therefore, it will be the responsibility of the caterer or the party. We can provide filled growlers or grenades (purchased by the party and for you to keep) for an additional $200.00 (this does look very nice of the tables).

Catering: We strongly suggest the following caterers. They are familiar with our venue and we believe they are the best! (Caterers will not have access to a sink. We can provide tubs and a hose if needed.)
