Our high alpha and aroma farm-grown Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Hallertau, Magnum, Nugget and Willamette hops, along with ingredients raised on our farm help us create authentic ales from the Finger Lakes. Be sure to check out our Pandemonium Line, a nod to Penn Yan’s history of seasonal and imperial brews consisting of 100% local ingredients within a 5-mile radius of the brewery.
Remember that our ales on tap and cans change regularly, so be sure to stop in to see what’s current.
