This Hefeweizen has ester and phenol flavor typical of wheat beers, brewed using organic two row Pilsen and white wheat malts grown within 4 miles of our brewery. Fermented at 68degrees, a clove flavor is complemented by a citrus hop finish from estate Cascade hops. (5.2% ABV)
Similar to a Hefeweizen, this southern Germany wheat beer is brewed as a darker version (Dunkel means “dark”) with deliciously complex malts and a low balancing bitterness. (5.6% ABV)
This Hefeweizen style beer is brewed with Spelt instead of its close relative wheat, brewed using organic grown and is within 4 miles of our brewery. Fermented at 75 degrees, a nuttier flavor is complemented by hop finish from estate grown hops. (5.2%ABV)

This Fresh Hop Hefeweizen is similar to the House Hefeweizen. Fermented at 75 degrees and hop using wet whole leave cascade hops. (5.5%ABV)
A tart summer Hefeweizen with a slight hint of raspberry. Brewed using juice from Red Jacket Orchards in Geneva, NY. (4.5%ABV)

A S.M.A.S.H. Pale brewed with Peter Martens organic two row barley and New York hops from Rick Pedersen Farm. New York hops is a variety from the turn of the last century. It is late season, small cone, moderate yield. Alpha 5.8; Beta 8.0. Aroma reminiscent of German Pilsner varieties. (5.2 ABV / 73 IBUs)

This wet-hopped ale is brewed with estate grown cascade and chinook hops. The grain bill includes caramel and pale malt, and this seasonal was finished with clove, allspice, nutmeg, and cinnamon. (4.9 ABV)
This barley wine is young yet servable, presenting boozy and fruity on the nose. Moderate ABV for barley wine yet, beware… Briess’ Ashburne mild malt and lots of our Chinook an Nugget hops make this a delicately complex American hoppy barley wine. (10.5ABV)
